I attended the University of West Alabama in Livingston, AL where I received a B.S. in mathematics.

I am beginning my 20th year in education and my 15th in the Mobile County Public School System.

I was raised in the small town of Winona, MS.  I lived there with my parents along with a younger brother and sister.  I moved to Mobile in 1996.  My wife, Jan Hamilton, is currently the Reading Coach at Hutchens Elementary.  We have 2 children, Lalah and Logan.  Lalah is a 3rd grader and Logan is in the 1st.  When I'm not at Causey, I enjoy watching sports and having family vacations.
